About ShortsSaver

A small, free tool that does one thing well: save a YouTube Short to your own device.

ShortsSaver was built for people who want to watch a Short offline — on a flight, with patchy data, or just to keep a favourite clip handy. Paste a link, pick video or audio, and the file downloads straight to your device.

What we do not do

• We do not host any videos. Nothing is stored on our server.
• We do not ask you to sign up, log in, or install anything.
• We do not add watermarks or our logo to your downloads.
• We do not support private, deleted, or age-restricted videos.

How it works

Your browser sends the link to a public download service, which returns a temporary download link for the public video. The video file travels directly to your device. ShortsSaver itself never sees or keeps the video.
